Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 14 July 2026

Vantage is in beta. During the beta, subscription fees are non-refundable — but cancelling is simple and stops any further billing. Here's exactly how it works.

Beta: because Vantage is still in active development and offered at an early-access price, beta subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Full detail is in the Beta Terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again. There's no cancellation fee.

Free trial

If your plan starts with a free trial or promotional free period (for example, a beta code giving a free period), you won't be charged during it. To avoid being charged when it ends, cancel before the trial period is over. You can see your next billing date on your account page.

Refunds during beta

Beta subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, you're never locked in — but we don't refund fees already charged during the beta. You agree to this when you subscribe.

If something went genuinely wrong on our side — a fault that stopped you using what you paid for — email us anyway. We'll make it right with a fix, credit, or (at our discretion) a refund. We want you treated fairly even though the standard beta position is no refunds.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) that cannot be waived. Where such rights apply, they continue to apply regardless of the beta position above.
